Accounts Receivable and Billing (ARBI)
ARBI stands for Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Invoicing. It is the accounts receivable module used in Peoplesoft. Campus departments use ARBI to bill customer entities that exist outside the University.
Before Using ARBI
- If you need ARBI access, complete the Finance System Access form
Customers
Customers are the outside entities that are invoiced by the university through the ARBI system.
Billing
Billing is the process of invoicing customers through the ARBI system.
Payments
Payments are made by the customers to pay for the invoices billed to them from the university through the ARBI system.
